By accessing, browsing, or purchasing digital infrastructure keys from Ittechbasics, you explicitly agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our software and services.

1. Nature of Service & Infrastructure

Ittechbasics operates exclusively as a Digital Routing & Software Infrastructure Provider. We provide access to our proprietary BufferShield routing technology, configuration manuals, and customer support interfaces. We do not own, manage, broadcast, or host the external data or third-party media environments that users choose to configure using our software.

2. User Hardware & Network Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for providing compatible hardware and a stable broadband internet connection. We are not liable for any third-party ISP (Internet Service Provider) throttling, regional blocking, or localized network packet loss. The use of a secure network environment is recommended for optimal routing stability.

3. Prohibited Activities & Network Integrity

Each digital access key is strictly licensed for the specific number of concurrent connections purchased. You agree not to engage in:

• Network Cloning: Attempting to broadcast, redistribute, or clone the routing connection.
• Credential Distribution: Sharing your access keys with unauthorized third parties or exceeding your node limit.
• Infrastructure Abuse: Attempting to reverse-engineer or overload our tier-1 authentication portals.

Violation of these network integrity rules will result in the immediate, automated termination of your digital access key without prior notice and without eligibility for a refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for maximum stability through our BufferShield technology, we cannot guarantee 100% continuous uptime of the global routing nodes. Routine server maintenance, upstream provider outages, or network upgrades are necessary for optimal performance. Ittechbasics shall not be held liable for any indirect damages or data loss resulting from temporary infrastructure unavailability.

5. Billing, Payments & Refunds

All transactions are processed securely via encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. We do not store your sensitive billing information on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the billing terms presented at checkout. Refunds are strictly governed by our established policies.
