Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ittechbasics, we stand behind the quality of our digital routing infrastructure and BufferShield technology. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. However, because we provide immediate digital software access, our refund policy is governed by strict, anti-fraud technical guidelines.
1. The 7-Day Conditional Guarantee
We offer a 7-day conditional money-back guarantee on all new one-time access key purchases. If you are completely unable to authenticate your digital key on your device due to a verifiable server-side routing error on our end, you are eligible for a refund within the first 7 days of purchase, provided you comply with our troubleshooting rules.
2. Mandatory Troubleshooting Rule (Anti-Fraud)
Before a refund is processed or approved, you must contact our technical support team to allow us to resolve the issue. Most access problems are quickly fixed by updating configuration settings, refreshing the routing token, or bypassing localized ISP blocks.
If you refuse to cooperate with our support team, refuse to apply the recommended technical fixes, or simply demand a refund without providing technical evidence of the failure, your refund request will be denied.
3. Non-Refundable Situations (Strictly Enforced)
To prevent abuse of our digital infrastructure and protect our network integrity, refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Event-Based Abuse (Hit & Run): If our infrastructure logs show high bandwidth utilization over a short period (such as during weekend sporting events) followed by an immediate refund request, it will be flagged as “Service Abuse” and strictly denied.
- Account Cloning: If our automated systems detect that your access key has been shared with unauthorized users, used for restreaming, or exceeds the purchased node limit.
- ISP Throttling & VPN Refusal: If your local Internet Service Provider (ISP) is actively throttling the network nodes, and you refuse to use a secure network environment (VPN) to bypass this localized restriction.
- Incompatible Hardware: If your personal device is outdated, severely limited in RAM, or unable to process standard digital access configurations.
4. Dispute & Chargeback Policy
We aggressively investigate and dispute all fraudulent chargebacks. Any chargeback claim filed with your bank without first contacting our support team via our official portal will be treated as fraudulent. In such events, your IP address and device MAC address will be permanently banned from our global routing network.
5. Processing Timelines
Once a refund is approved by our billing department, the transaction will be immediately reversed. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing times.
