ITTechBasics respects the intellectual property rights of others and operates in strict compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright frameworks. This policy outlines our operational scope as a transitory digital network routing provider and our procedures for handling formal compliance inquiries.

1. Nature of Service (Transitory Network Conduit Only)

ITTechBasics operates exclusively as a digital routing software and edge-network conduit provider under the safe harbor provisions of 17 U.S.C. § 512(a). We supply users with encrypted routing configurations and software access keys to manage their own private media player environments. ITTechBasics is not a television broadcaster, cable network, or content producer.

2. Zero Hosted or Archived Media Content

Our proprietary BufferShield routing infrastructure and servers do not host, store, archive, upload, transcode, or distribute any copyrighted audio-visual media files. All network traffic passes through automated, decentralized conduit nodes without modification or storage. Because we do not possess, control, or have administrative access to external third-party media servers, we cannot physically remove or delete content residing on unaffiliated third-party networks.

3. Repeat Infringer & Access Key Termination Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, ITTechBasics maintains a strict policy of terminating digital access keys found to be used for unauthorized public redistribution, restreaming, or verified copyright infringement. If we receive a valid, legally compliant notice demonstrating that a specific ITTechBasics routing key is being misused, our compliance desk will investigate and revoke the associated access token.

4. Submitting a Formal DMCA Compliance Notice

If you are an authorized copyright owner or legal representative and wish to submit a formal inquiry regarding a specific routing token, your written notice must include all statutory elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• Authorized Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Specific Technical Identifier: The exact network timestamp, IP routing log, or specific access token in question (generalized or automated bot notices without technical routing identifiers cannot be actioned).
• Contact Information: Your full legal name, organization, physical mailing address, telephone number, and valid corporate email address.
• Good-Faith & Perjury Statements: A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is unauthorized, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
