1. Nature of Service (Infrastructure Only)

Ittechbasics operates strictly as a digital routing software and network infrastructure provider. We supply users with access keys to configure their own media environments. We are not a broadcasting entity.

2. Zero Hosted Content

Our proprietary software and servers do not host, store, upload, or transmit any copyrighted audio-visual media. We provide a neutral, decentralized routing service (BufferShield Technology). We do not have administrative access to, nor control over, the external third-party nodes that users may connect to using our software.

3. Submitting a Compliance Notice

We respect intellectual property rights. However, because we do not host any media files, we cannot execute takedowns of files we do not possess. If you represent a copyright owner and believe a specific access token is being used improperly through our software architecture, please submit a formal inquiry via our Contact Us page. Please include “DMCA routing inquiry” in your subject line.
