Official ITTechBasics IPTV Setup Guide

Amazon FireStick / Fire TV
1. Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About.
2. Click “Fire TV Stick” 7 TIMES fast until it says “You are a developer”.
3. Go back, open Developer Options, and turn ON “Apps from Unknown Sources”.
Get the Downloader App
Go to your Firestick Home screen. Navigate to Find > Search. Type “Downloader” and click to install the orange app.
Install Media Player (Free)
Open the Downloader app and click Allow. Click inside the URL box and type this exact code: 298344 (Downloads Smarters UI). Click Go and Install.
*Advanced Users: If you prefer the premium TiviMate UI, use code 278077 instead.
Login & Connect
Open the installed app. Select “Login with API / Portal”. Enter your designated Username, Password, and the Portal URL sent to your email to authenticate your server connection.
Smart TVs (Samsung & LG)
Open your TV’s App Store
Press the Home button on your TV remote. Navigate to the LG Content Store or the Samsung App Store.
Download Free Player
Click the search icon and look for “IPTV Smarters Pro” or “Smarters Player”. Click Install.
Enter Server Details
Open the app. Select “Add User via API / Portal”. Carefully type in your Username, Password, and Portal URL exactly as written in your welcome email. Click Add User.
If you want a premium 4K UI, search and install IBO Player. Open the app, take a clear photo of the Device ID & Device Key on your TV screen, and email it to us for manual network pairing.
Android TV, Shield, Sony, TCL
Open Google Play Store
Go to the Home screen on your Nvidia Shield, Chromecast, Sony, or TCL Android TV. Open the Google Play Store.
Install XCIPTV
Click Search and type “XCIPTV Player”. This is a highly stable, free app. Click Install.
Enter Credentials
Open the app. You will see fields for URL, Username, and Password. Enter the secure details we sent to your email and click Sign In.
Apple (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV)
Open App Store
Open the official App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV device.
Install Player
Use the search bar to find “Smarters Player Lite”. Click Get to install it.
Login Details
Open the app and tap “Login via API”. Fill in the fields exactly like this:
• Any Name: Ittechbasics
• Username: (Check your Email)
• Password: (Check your Email)
• URL: (Check your Email)
Android (Phones & Tablets)
Option 1: XCIPTV (Free on Play Store)
Open the Google Play Store on your phone. Search for “XCIPTV Player”, click install, and log in with your Portal URL, Username, and Password.
Option 2: Smarters Pro (Direct APK)
If you prefer Smarters Pro, open the Chrome Browser on your Android phone.
Download & Install
Type this exact link: iptvsmarters.com/smarters.apk. Download and open the file. (Allow “Install from Unknown Sources” if prompted). Log in using your designated API Credentials.
PC (Windows / Mac)
Method 1: Web Player (Instant)
No Download Required. You can connect directly in your browser (Chrome/Edge/Safari) using the secure Web Player link sent to your email.

If you prefer a dedicated application, you can download the Smarters Pro software directly to your computer:
Advanced Infrastructure Setup (MAG, Formuler, Enigma2)
MAG Box & STB Emulator (Linux / Stalker)
You MUST send us your MAC Address (starts with 00:1A:79…) to pair your device to our server. You can find it on the sticker under the box or in Settings > Device Info.
1. Go to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals.
2. Set Portal 1 Name: Ittechbasics
3. Set Portal 1 URL: (Check Email for your assigned URL)
4. Save settings, go back, and select “Restart Portal” (or Reboot Device).
Formuler (Z8/Z10/Z11) & Dreamlink
1. Open the MyTVOnline app.
2. Go to Menu > Connections > Portal Settings.
3. Click Add Portal.
4. Portal Nickname: Ittechbasics
5. Portal URL: (Check Email for your assigned URL)
6. Click Connect.
Enigma2 (VU+, Dreambox, Zgemma)
To paste the script inside the black Putty window, just Right-Click once. Do not use Ctrl+V.
1. Download & Open Putty (or Terminal) on your PC.
2. Enter your Box IP Address and click Open (Login as: root).
3. Copy & Paste the Auto-Script sent to your email.
4. Press Enter and wait for the box to reboot automatically.
5. Press the Blue Button (Favorites) on your remote to find your network bouquets.
Kodi (Advanced Client)
Kodi can be resource-heavy. For the fastest streaming experience on PC or Android, we highly recommend using Smarters Pro instead.
1. Go to Settings (Gear Icon) > Add-ons > Install from Repository.
2. Select PVR Clients > PVR IPTV Simple Client > Install.
3. Click Configure.
4. Under General > M3U Playlist URL, enter the Digital Access URL sent to your email.
5. Click OK and Restart Kodi to sync your connection.
